Since our contractors become our employees, we assume all payroll functions, taxes, etc. We also provide our consultants with Health Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, and Holiday/Vacation pay. Our dedication to providing quality services to our contractors ensures loyalty and the technical resources to meet all of your project deadlines.

Contract-to-Hire and Direct/Full-Time Staffing
Digital Staffing can also meet your direct placement staffing needs through either a direct/full-time placement or a contract-to-hire arrangement. For direct/full-time placements, we provide up to a one year, pro-rated guarantee to protect your investment. As another option, we offer a convenient avenue for converting our contractors to your regular staff by discounting the placement fee for each month of the contract duration.
